Repairs Planner/ Scheduler Reactive Maintenance Social Housing
Working with a large Housing Organisation we have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Planner/ Scheduler to join our the Repairs Team / Specialising in FRA works .
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our reactive maintenance appointments for social housing contracts.
My high-profile utilities client is looking for a Gas Project Planner to join their team Based at their Warwick offices on a hybrid basis (2-3 day a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.
Combination of Working from Home and on site at Gas Construction sites (travel and car required) with occasional travel to Gas offices in Warwick & the Midlands
Managing repairs from allocation to practical completion.
Scheduling and allocating repairs for a designated team of trades persons.
The management of high volume responsive repair works orders end to end across a designated geographical area working in accordance with right first time operating principles.
Our client, a reputable housing association, is currently undertaking a significant disrepair project and is in need of an Administrative Disrepair Coordinator to provide essential support to the Contract Manager.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
