Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely and communicate effectively with Maintenance Manager to achieve completion of jobs, these tasks include plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting and decoration, carpentry, general site cleaning).
Take ownership of and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the sites and surrounding grounds, logged on our PPM Schedules and periodic tables.
Carry out general maintenance tasks across the campus encompassing decoration, carpentry and lock repairs, basic plumbing, replacing fixtures and fitting.
