JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will handle customer communications (calls and emails) within agreed-upon SLAs and in accordance with our quality standards. Consistently deliver on all sales/service KPIs in line with our culture of "first-time resolution". Ability to work as a team or independently with minimal supervision. Strong customer focus and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of technology, software applications, phone and computer systems. Proactive about your own development. SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary Range: £22,000 - £24,000. Full-time, 35 paid hours per working week. Monday through Saturday, shifts between 9am and 6pm.
