Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a prestigious employer based in Epsom, who are seeking a Customer Retentions Executive to join their team. Working as part of a team whose focus is on customer retention, this role will involve ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that customers are offered a choice of options. Specific responsibilities will include: Managing and retaining a portfolio of customers who are at the end of their contracts Exploring products available to these customers to retain their custom Proactively contacting customers who have indicated that they wish to end their contracts Providing new quotations Liaising with third parties To be considered for this role, you will need: Previous experience in a proactive, customer focused role, ideally Sales or Retentions Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Target driven with the ability to work in a fast paced environment Highly motivated Attention to detail Proficient in MS Office suite The company offer a competitive salary and benefits package, with hybrid working options after successful completion of probation.
