Be part of the movement and play your part About the role Working Monday to Friday 8am 5pm the Business & Operations Coordinator will be working as part of a team planning subcontractors, maximising vehicle utilisation, as well as controlling the day to day running of vehicles. You will be responsible for: Building relations with driver and subcontractors & internal customers. Communicating problems/issues with customer services. Ensuring subcontractors are updated with correct costs. Other general transport admin About you We are seeking an individual who can excel both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A strong understanding of driver regulations and hours is essential, along with good geographical knowledge. Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office packages, is required. Excellent communication skills and flexibility to meet business needs are also crucial. While a CPC qualification is desirable, it is not mandatory.
