About the role
Working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm the Shipping Logistics Coordinator will be working as part of a team completing various data entry tasks and liaising with internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitor the status of each delivery and keep customers informed.
- Keep accurate records so that invoices, reports and statistical information can be produced.
- Problem solve and find solutions.
- Day to day operations include taking bookings, planning deliveries, export clearances, capacity planning and vessel planning.
- Speaking with customers and end receivers to give the best customer service to all parties.
About you
