You will be an IT Help Desk Support professional with adept customer service skills to manage client expectations, handle tier 2 (remote support) calls, and efficiently resolve support cases, ensuring the continued effectiveness of client systems and enhancing our client's reputation.
Our client, who is based near Macclesfield, Cheshire, is seeking experienced IT Help Desk Support.
You would be working on the IT Help Desk providing first line support across the whole organisation, which is made up of 17 trusts with various departments in multiple locations, including the UK and East Africa, and composed of over 100 staff.
