Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the implementation of fire safety strategies, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and the Building Safety Act.
Oversee all aspects of fire safety management, including repairs and improvements, to maintain high standards of legal compliance and customer satisfaction.
Our client, a market leading business from within the Student Accommodation industry are looking to recruit for a Senior Electrical Engineer (on a 6 month contract) to manage a team electrical engineers plus specialist contractors, providing maintenance across sites in Yorkshire.

Travel across the UK will be required, engineers must be happy to stay away from home
Engineers will be required to start mid - end of September, with training 1 week prior until the end of December (as per schedule)
As an authorised engineer, lead the development and costing of connection offer proposals and feasibility studies for Customer related investments.
Undertake engineering works to ensure least cost, fit for purpose and safe delivery solutions are prepared in accordance with the initial phase of the Network Development Process that deliver the business' regulatory, stakeholder and customer commitments.
Lead a multi-disciplined investment team in the project setup and option selection phase of the Network Development Process for a portfolio of customer investments for the GB Electricity Transmission System in support of the investment driver.
