- Ensuring required training and qualifications required for the role of their team are audited and up to date at all times

- Working within the required Risk Assessments and Method Statements at all times, accountable for reviewing all tasks for risk before starting and ensuring that risks are eliminated before work begins
- Accountable for conducting inspection of all work areas including vehicles and plant rooms to ensure that high standards are maintained and reporting any issues immediately to the regional technical manager
- Accountable for the performance of the team and will actively participate in performance management conversations and personal development plan

The ideal candidate will already have some experience managing a small team of people. You will be looking to move further into management and, ultimately, away from the tools.

Contractually, you will be working 5 days a week, on 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday -Sunday. In practice, only very occasional evening/ weekend work is required

In return our client is offering a salary of £45,000 per annum (pro-rata)
