I'm working alongside a rapidly growing IT Managed Solutions provider, looking to expand their team with a few new Support Engineers, varying from 1st Line up to the 3rd Line/Senior team.
The IT team already consists of around 150-200 people across multiple office locations in the UK.
2nd Line IT Support Engineer with onsite experience as well as Office 365, Windows 10, Exchange and VOIP knowledge join our client which is an MSP company across Yorkshire.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a 1st Line IT Support Analyst role which is requiring skills such as; Active Directory, Office 265 and strong communication skills is required by a leading MSP.
