Take full ownership of customer orders from start to finish.
Check stock availability, enter orders accurately on the system, inform customer of any potential issues with supply, invoice in a timely manner when order has dispatched.
Work within a busy export customer service team dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries and orders via email.
