Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting customer contracts including dealing with rate negotiations, trying to get the best rate, and providing quotes. You will be dealing with the end-to-end process and ensuring that all information is provided to the customer. You will be working to service level agreements and provide support to customers when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You must come from a travel or hotel background for this role. You are also able to easily get to the office near Wythenshawe. You are bright, personable and can work well to tight deadlines. You have excellent communication skills along with organisational skills and you are a team player. You're a quick learner and can pick up new systems easily.
