My global pharmaceutical client, based in Berkshire, are looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service/Complaint Intake Analyst to join their team urgently initially on a 12-month basis.

Purpose
The Complaint Intake Analyst works to support PMQA through providing the initial triaging of complaints from all channels and serves as the first point of contact with the customer.
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.
Our client, a fantastic organization based in Maidenhead, is looking for a bright and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their team and be the main point of contact for day to day enquiries, provide excellent customer service and admin support, produce quotes and very occasionally assist in the warehouse helping to pack orders.
£23k plus benefits including 25 days holiday and free onsite parking.
