Working within the Customer services team you will be supporting the team to answer incoming telephone calls and emails which could be about matters such as: changing/amending direct debits/updating tenant information/ logging repair requests and creating work orders, taking payments.
Working for a local charity providing vital support to the operations and customer services team.
You will also help support the team with various administration tasks which will include, managing 3 inboxes, downloading the out of hours report in the morning and actioning any follow up required, supporting benefits and universal credit portals, liaising with surveyors for inspection orders, creating purchase order numbers, updating housing management systems, and any other administration tasks to fully support the team.
