The Sous Chef will assist in running the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant and banquets, in accordance with the client's standards and financial goals.
Our reputable client is seeking a Sous Chef to join their friendly team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be responsible for
Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks.
To assist Sous Chefs in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and to ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the hotel.
Co-ordinate with the Head Chef, Sous Chef or Chef de Partie on preparation of store requisitions.
