Sytner Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Parts Apprentice to support Mercedes-Benz of Temple Fortune.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the world's most prestigious and technologically advanced car manufacturers.
The role will support a busy Parts department, which is pivotal to supplying the internal workshop/bodyshop, as well as internal and external customers with the necessary parts and equipment.
Completed apprenticeship / City & Guilds / NVQ qualification or demonstrable trade experience.
General
To carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works 'Right First Time'
To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.
You will be confident in a client facing role with a minimum of two years proven experience in your particular trade.
Based in NW3 and surrounding areas, they require organised and qualified, freelance and self employed trades people (Electricians, Gardeners, Handymen, Painters, Plumbers etc) for high-end home maintenance, everyday household repairs and DIY issues.

Work Hours: 36-hour week, between the core hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday) and 8:00 am and 1:00 pm (Saturday), as directed by management.
Notes: Van, fuel card, tools & PPE will all be provided
Duties
You will be required to work to a high standard and delivery excellent customer service, you will need to plan and manage your workload to ensure that jobs are attended and completed within timescales and are completed right first time, reducing the need for any further follow up visits.
Identification of the work required to resolve the problem, deciding the parts and general materials needed ensuring correct parts are used.
