The role holder will provide initial information, advice and guidance, and a high level of customer care.
They will input real time enrolments, along with attendance, achievement data on the Service's Management Information System (MIS).The role holder will work as part of the Learning Services team, reporting to the Centre Coordinator to ensure the centre reception and data processing operate in an efficient and effective manner, and meet the requirements of the Service's standards and those of the Skills Funding Agency.
To be the first point of contact for face to face enquiries and enrolments for adults interested in the Surrey Adult Learning programme offered by the Service.
