This opportunity involves joining a global contractor management organisation that offers tailored solutions to its clients. This role requires an enthusiastic and outcome-driven Account Coordinator to join the sales team. This role includes providing excellent service that exceeds the expectations of clients. You will be the primary point of contact for new contractor referrals from recruitment agencies, and you will be trained to understand and communicate the product and service as a solution. Duties will include: Service Administration Produce customer quotation and parts ordering when approved Track warehouse orders to coordinate delivery with technician schedule Maintain accurate customer information on SAP (address, contact details, access Customer Service Ensure customer data is up to date Provide accurate management data Work closely with stakeholders to minimise risk whilst supporting business growth Log calls and update customers with ETA's/completion of the call Provide pricing upon request Communicate with customers about repair calls - advising of job status/delays Investigate and resolve customer complaints, quickly and patiently to achieve 'best in class' customer experience Credit Control / Account Administration Work closely with the Credit Manager to improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal proceedings if necessary.
