We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician to join our client, a successful Managed Print and Technology Services Provider.
As 2nd Line support Technician, you will be working within the Support Team and assist to manage and resource the delivery of managed IT, Managed Print Services, and unified comms to customers both internally and externally.
We are seeking a Team Leader with experience of working well with teenagers/children for a choice of part time hours in term time, and increasing hours in school holidays, with flexibility for additional hours including sleep in shifts.
Weekend shifts through the year are also available.
