Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Coordinator - London - Temporary - £17.00 per hour PAYE (£35,000 equivalent)
My client is a global leader in the property / real estate market, they are seeking a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Coordinator to support the team in ensuring the customer is receiving exceptional service from point of exchange throughout the buying process through to completion.
They are seeking a passionate customer experience professional who is fluent in Mandarin, is excellent at building relationships and is highly organised with outstanding administration and problem solving skills.
To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across all contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and social care case management system.
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.
