Maintenance Lead Coventry Days £55,000 We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Lead to join a market leading manufacturer. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be leading a small team ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. Responsibilities: Manage and lead the daily maintenance activities and the designated team. Data analysis of breakdowns to prioritise workload and implementing preventative tasks/escalate projects required Collate data for and report of OEE availability Review, audit and update TPM tasks Identifying opportunities to improve machine performance and driving improvement projects to completion Promote and ensure safe working practices are adopted at all times. Ensure a very high standard of housekeeping is set and maintained. Ensure that planned maintenance activities are completed and effectively communicated Ensure that required activities following planned maintenance are captured and completed in a timely manner alongside other work requests. Ensure that breakdowns are promptly attended by the appropriate team members. Link between daily operations review and making plans into action Ensuring safe and quick implementation of new processes and making current processes more robust Daily management of the maintenance team to include manning and absence procedures, training and development.
