Our client are looking for a restoration technician to join their team based in Coventry. They are market leaders in property damage restoration and will provide all the training and support needed for you to become a skilled Property Damage Restoration Technician. Main Duties;
- Attending all new jobs allocated by dispatch and Area Managers to include all domestic and commercial locations
- Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques as required
- Liaise with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policy holders
- Maintain a visit log for monitoring of jobs and effective forward bookings
- Ensure ‘live time' inputting of reports in line with quality procedures, ensuring ‘live jobs' are updated on a weekly basis
What you need;
- Building or property maintenance experience or any practical or DIY experience - ideal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organisational skills
- Willingness to learn
- Have basic IT skills
- Have a full clean UK driving licence – essential
