The 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst will be part of a new team and will provide phone support as well as hands-on, desk-side systems support for all end user issues across multiple locations.

This role will provide end-to-end support for end user issues, from hands-on work to the co-ordination of other IT support teams including setting up starters and leavers, infrastructure and application groups.

Responsibilities
Provide 1st / 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email & ticketing system Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues reported by customers.
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a 1st Line Technical Support Specialist to join our Service Delivery Team based in Brentford, London (some fieldwork may be required).
Role & Responsibilities
You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of £20,000 - £27,000 per annum.
1st Line Support - Financial / Banking - Preferred candidates with have previous Financial / Banking experience with some Trading Application Support in a mixed Windows / Linux environment along with some FIX Protocol, Scripting (Python / bash / shell) and some Database / SQL Server experience.

As an IT Support Analyst, you'll become an integral team member, providing hands-on and remote support for desktop services and telecoms systems.
You'll be working in a dynamic IT & Infrastructure team helping with the delivery, management and support of all IT-related systems and applications.
