A well known electronics manufacturer near Basingstoke is seeking a Customer Service Manager, your main focus will be to manager the customer account management team to ensuing customer satisfaction via effective communication, while maintaining customer accounts through the full customer life cycle
Working schedule - Monday to Friday with WFH on occasions

We are looking for someone to work this Saturday, 24th August 8 - 5 for a local Company in Hook, ideally you will be free to do a handover at some point this week as well - only an hour which will be paid for.
We need a friendly, welcoming, professional individual who is happy to greet customers and quite often point them in the right direction.
Answering incoming calls, taking messages and speaking to other members of the team too.
