Your new company Working for a housing company based in St Austell. This role is for around 3 months.The role is part-time 22.5 hours per week - across 3 days. These 3 days can be flexible during Monday - Friday. Pay is £12.18 per hour. Your new role Raise repair requests and purchase orders To organise and service meetings when required. To provide and dispatch notices and letters to customers as and when directed Collate various performance information/feedback. To provide general typing, clerical and administrative assistance to the team. Arrange telephone survey appointments with tenants and enter into Coordinators' diaries. Development Manager Permanent Opportunity via BRC Jobs: Development Manager Location: Cornwall (Hybrid Working) Sector: Property and Housing Contract: Permanent Salary: £55,460 BRC are working with a Reputable Housing Association in Cornwall to recruit a Development Manager to develop and implement the Group's strategy for residential development develop and implement the Group's strategy for residential development Main Responsibilities: Work with the Head of Commissioning to develop and implement the Company's strategy for residential development including cost, locations, product type and mix. Provide effective development management of the Development Programme including s106, own build and regeneration schemes from land acquisition through to handover and throughout the defect period Maintain the group's reputation for delivering high quality homes and providing excellent customer service Take ownership of ensuring that all development projects are administered strictly in accordance with Group procedures, Board approvals, financial regulations and contract and funding requirements Responsible for the identification and appraisal of development opportunities for affordable housing which match Ocean Housing's aspirations and business plan Manage the progression of development deals with developers, ensuring internal colleagues are consulted from inception through to scheme completion Maintain a strong and cohesive working link with internal colleagues, to ensure they are kept informed of scheme progress and completion details to ensure effective continuing management of new housing stock To undertake regeneration schemes as they may arise.
