Job Vacancy: School HR Officer Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all aspects of HR administration within the school, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. Managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and school policies. Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the school's objectives. Providing guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters, including performance management and disciplinary procedures. Maintaining accurate HR records and systems, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance. Contributing to the creation and review of HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in HR administration, preferably within an educational setting. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff at all levels. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
