Job Vacancy: School HR Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of HR administration within the school, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
- Managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and school policies.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the school's objectives.
- Providing guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters, including performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and systems, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.
- Contributing to the creation and review of HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR-related certification is desirable.
