Attend and provide support at local shows and events as necessary. Act as Life Qualifier to obtain referrals for Financial Advisers. Process and dispatch renewal documentation to Agency standards Conduct Regulatory Audits as instructed. Implement customer money collection and processing procedures to maintain Agency credit control. Conduct daily banking functions as required. Delegated Claims Deal with insurance claims within your authority, for all customers, in accordance with the Agent's Claims Guide and maintain a Delegated Claims Competency About you: Demonstrate Sales and Customer Service Skills and Claims experience. Consistently self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets. Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships. Excellence communication skills both verbal and written..
