The successful candidates will provide support to class teachers and work with individual students or small groups to help them achieve their academic potential.

SEN Teaching Assistant/ Support Worker for Special Needs Children in school
Empowering Learning are working closely with a vibrant SEND school, supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties in Salford.
The ideal candidate should be energetic and confident supporting children with complex and/or medical difficulties including Autism ASD, Dyslexia, Aspergers Syndrome, Hearing or Visual Impairment.
We are specifically working with a 'Good' secondary school in Oldham, who are working exclusively with ourselves, to join them helping students in intervention classes for Geography key stage 3 & 4 from September, on an ongoing basis, likely to be for the full academic year on a full-time basis.
You will be required to become fully immersed in the department, attend departmental meetings.
As well as helping students in small groups to progress their Geography ability, this may also include helping in lessons themselves.
