Temp to Perm
We are recruiting for several customer service, and office professional positions in the North Manchester / Oldham area, all focussed on customer services.
The company is a large national business that employs thousands across the UK. You will be given lots of training and support to do your role in a supportive environment. The company prides itself on having a positive and engaging work culture, winning multiple awards.
- We have immediately available positions with interviews taking place on 28th March / 2nd April.
- We have inbound customer service-focussed work with some data entry.
- You will be answering customer queries and answering service lead queries.
- The role is Monday - Friday with occasional weekend shifts (Sat or Sunday)
- Working hours are 3 different shifts working, 7.5 hours per day, either between 8am - 8pm. There is also some weekend work, working 1 in 3 weekends (days in the week then rota'd off)
- You will receive full training and support from an existing team.
- This is an office-based role, not a hybrid/home-based based.
This role is to start immediately on WEDNESDAY 4th APRIL on a temp to perm basis.
We are looking for reliable people, who have some experience of Contact Centre / Office / Customer Service work experience - we are flexible as it's more about the person and your 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.
We have long-term temporary contracts or temp to perm contracts available.

This would suit someone local to Oldham, the starting salary is £11.44 per hour on a 37.5-hour working week.
