The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for client queries with regards to pensions, investments and protection as well as liaising with product providers covering all aspects within the general office administration to ensure a first-class service is provided to internal and external parties.
My Cambridgeshire based public sector client is looking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join the small team on a permanent basis.
The role requires someone who has a background in implementing best practice to deliver first class procurement services, in particular managing a range of ITTs and mini competitions under Framework Agreements (inclusive of publishing tenders' documentation on behalf of the organisation.
You will also be required to design, coordinate and manage the tender process including the establishing the route to market, development and preparation of tender documents.
About the Role: As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing high-quality reception and administrative support.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
