Duties and responsibilities
Carry out work in relation to service charge setting, including service charge budgets; preparing resident statements; assessing the adequacy of provisions; supporting operational staff.

Leading and supporting various functions of the business through the setup, implementation and ongoing management of a newly introduced QMS system
We are currently recruiting for a Relief Security Officer to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client's site in Newcastle and Washington.
