Empowering Learning are working with an Alternative Provision in Halifax who are seeking Sports Coaches/Behaviour Support Workers to support in their classrooms on a 1:1 basis or within small groups.

This role involves working closely with a mediation service, schools, families, and attending tribunal hearings when necessary.
The successful candidate will also collaborate with Senior SEN Officers on complex casework, primarily linked to Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) packages and Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans for children and young people.
