Role Summary
To overhaul and repair hydraulic / mechanical components; including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, fault finding, repair, re-assembly and testing in accordance with procedures from CMM's & Overhaul Manuals.
Hours of work will be 31 hours Monday to Friday (8:15 - 13:15, half hour lunch break and finishing at 15:00 Monday - Thursday and finishing at 14:45 on Friday) term time only
Are you able to ensure that all heavy duty equipment, light equipment, work areas, other facilities and general surroundings are maintained and operated to the standards required by statutory, local authority and school health and safety, fire and hygiene regulations and policies?
Can you account for all money spent and received and all stock purchased and used, and to supply supporting receipts?
Manage a Children & Families caseload of various levels of complexity, involving the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of appropriate action, contributing to the effective application of resources to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and their families.
The postholder should be working in line with the Social Care Capability Framework (SCCF).
The post holder must complete the ASYE standard within 2 years of qualifying.
