Service & Repair Manager

A global brand, leader in their field, is looking to appoint a Service and Technical Manager to manage the new product introductions into the portfolio, ensuring that they meet the UK standards.

The role will also involve leading a small team of technicians to deliver a high quality repair & testing service on all products whilst enhancing productivity, monitoring compliance & standards and keeping processes up to date.

With an electrical bias, you will be a strong leader with hands on management abilities and have an essential focus on attention to detail, technical analysis, data handling and reporting.

The person:

  • Design, implement and manage repair and service processes.
  • Experience in analysing data and inventory control on exchequer
  • Proven team management experience
  • Communication and collaboration skills at all levels.
  • Ongoing awareness of regulations of business obligations
  • Continuous learning, development and improvement attitude.
  • Analytical minded with the attention to detail
  • Inquisitive by nature with a technical flare
  • Ability to identify and report potential issues to Senior Management
  • Practical approach to resolving any technical problems
