The role of Claims Consultant, reporting to the Member Services Manager, is to assist with the day to day running of the Claims Team, delivering high quality service to their customers through all the facets of the claims processes.
You will assist to achieve its new business and retention targets by providing customer service excellence.
Claims processes should be performed competently, accurately, professionally, time efficiently and with an attention to detail in all areas.
We are looking for an administrator to support our sales renewals team in the management of data tracking, email & query resolution and the preparation of contractual information.
The successful candidate for this role will
Already have experience in using Microsoft packages; Outlook and Excel and be generally IT literate (able to learn new systems bespoke to our industry),.
Be comfortable with the accurate processing of a high volume of information to meet deadlines (SLA timeframes and KPI's),.
