Responsibilities of the Audit Senior will include
Planning audits and identifying key risk areas.
Managing the audit process, including on site teams.
In support to the HR Business Partner in their role in their strategic lead within Work Services Unit, this person should take the lead in our HR initiatives and caseload on all ER issues, recruitment and selection, occupational health and welfare, pay and grading matters.
1.2 Provides advice and support to our stakeholders in the application of all Human Resource policies and procedures, employment legislation and ACAS Code of Practice.
1.3 Supports the HR Business Partner with any restructures and change management processes.
