Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm,Friday 7am-12 midday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming: Develop and optimise CNC programmes for Siemens-controlled machines.
  • Setting Up: Prepare and set up machines for production runs, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Operation: Oversee the machining process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections and ensure products meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, Setter, and Operator with Siemens control systems.Cad Cam knowledge would be a desirable quality.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and operation.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
