Role & Responsibilities Managing projects and the project resources Production of design and technical drawings packages Using Revit daily Working with the team in a collaborative manner Reporting to senior/associate members of staff Meeting with clients/stakeholders/contractors when needed Attending site visits when required. Required Skills & Experience 3 to 5 years post part III UK experience Demonstrable experience working across all RIBA stages Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential to this role Previous experience working on Care Home, Residential, and Mixed-use projects Experience working collaboratively with a team to achieve deadlines Good understanding of the UK building regulations Experience communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors. They specialise in large-scale Residential projects in the UK and are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to contribute to their vibrant team in Warrington. As a leading architectural contractor specializing in urbanism and design, you will have the opportunity to shape cities and communities through innovative large-scale residential projects. Duties: Lead large scale residential projects through all stages, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion. Utilize advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM software for detailed design and technical documentation across residential projects. Manage project timelines and deliverables, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate closely with consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and manufacturers to resolve design issues and ensure project success. Provide mentorship and supervision to a small team of 4-6, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Regularly attend sites to oversee project progress, address construction challenges, and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidate Requirements: Masters Qualified and ARB registered Architect Proven track record of delivering large scale residential projects the UK Expert Revit user Proven experience in a project running capacity Confident delivering projects through RIBA stages 3 - 6 Comprehensive understanding of Technical standards and regulations Excellent communication (both written and verbal) is essential Must have right to work in the UK A high-quality portfolio of previous work.
