Architect - Main Contractor
Joining an award-winning contractor who, due to recent success have taken on new retirement living , mixed-use, and residential projects.
Operating across four offices nationally and established over six decades ago, the Cheshire office is made up of 15 staff that work across a broad range of sectors and stages the team prides itself on its client-focused approach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing projects and the project resources
- Production of design and technical drawings packages
- Using Revit daily
- Working with the team in a collaborative manner
- Reporting to senior/associate members of staff
- Meeting with clients/stakeholders/contractors when needed
- Attending site visits when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 5 years post part III UK experience
- Demonstrable experience working across all RIBA stages
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential to this role
- Previous experience working on Care Home, Residential, and Mixed-use projects
- Experience working collaboratively with a team to achieve deadlines
- Good understanding of the UK building regulations
- Experience communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
