Responsibilities: Action all tickets using our ServiceNow System to ensure all tickets are updated/closed in a timely manner Monitoring our customers database via Microsoft Excel, to log calls with our internal build team, and liaise with our external partners to ensure a first-class service to our customers Producing internal systems picking and label printing to warehouse team Ownership of the entire laptop, tablet, and desktop process, including both internal and external communication to co-ordinate each request from beginning to end Using applications such as Intune which is used to assign a device to user Using USB key to log onto devices including laptops, desktops and tablets Run diagnostic checks including replacing rims, chips and new screens Update and maintain account escalation tracker via Microsoft Excel Using TIMS system to update stock records and record stock movement Maintain and produce accurate stock reports and manage the upload of stock from purchase orders Using WMS system which is used to place orders for dispatch and for those in dispatch to view to match orders to pick sheets. Desirable skills: Ability to work under pressure Strong accurate data entry skills Strong people skills Microsoft Office experience and proficient in Microsoft Excel Has the ability to communicate clearly and concisely Please note: The successful applicant must be able to get to our office location (up to 5 days per week) and be eligible to obtain a certain level of security clearance and as we work on secure defence accounts. Your responsibilities will include diligent screening of newly refurbished laptops. Upon inspection the unit will be tested and quality controlled to meet the standards of our customers. Responsibilities: Execute necessary hardware upgrades and install updated software to enhance laptop performance by using Dynamics 365 as our ERP system which allows us to track and monitor our assets through the process. The apprentice will become a superuser in this system to deal with the assets Collaborate heavily with wider parts of the business including HPE engineering to allow quality processes are followed and working with the engineering team to allow process improvements Conduct rigorous quality control checks to guarantee that each refurbished laptop meets or exceeds customer expectations which is done manually via a Excel tracker.
