You will be part of a strong management team, working closely with our nurses and carers to provide consistent service delivery that meets the needs of our residents. Your focus will be on ensuring we provide the best care provisions for our residents while actively contributing to care delivery. Reports to: Home Manager Skills and Attributes Proven experience as a Unit Manager or in a similar leadership role within the care sector. Strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a proven track record of working towards achieving Outstanding. Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, including internal teams, external professionals, families, and visitors.
