We are looking for a hands on Finance Manager to lead the monthly and annual accounting cycle, reporting, analysis and partnering for a growing entity within a wider engineering services group that works with nationally recognised customers.

Based in their UK office in Reading, (Hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate), you will be working closely with other engineers and assisting with both the consultancy and the installation aspects of the business.
As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be heavily involved in taking ownership of the strategic and technical operations relating to Pardot.A main part of the role would be to work with a Digital Marketing Directorto build out complex B2B customer journeys through Pardot.
The key focus of this role is to take ownership of campaigns that are sent out to select regions from both a strategic and a hands-on capacity.
Key Skills
Knowledge of Marketing Automation in a professional setting with a B2B Marketing Automation system (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo).
