Freightserve recruitment are looking to recruit Two 4 days on 4 days off Logistics AOG Coordinators for a Heathrow based Freight Forwarder.
The Operations and Customer Service Representative (Logistics Coordinator) is responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes while ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of time-critical logistics and a track record of successfully managing both operations and customer service aspects.
This individual will be the front line individual responsible for the running of this small/medium sized freight forwarder and will be responsible for all operational matters.
One of the key responsibilities will be dealing with compliance and quality management so experience in these areas would prove useful - particularly in relation to GDP.
The ideal candidate would also be someone that could take a step up at some future point.
Overall responsibility for London's operational activities including planning, directing, monitoring, controlling and developing either directly or through a chain of the company's management team
Manage all aspects of the London operation consisting of (but not to limited to) Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, House Hold Goods, Security, Health & Safety, Staff Management
