As a Business Development Manager working as part of the pre-construction team your responsibilities will include:
Proactively develop and manage relationships with customers, consultants, and other project stakeholders to promote the Company's good reputation.
This Senior Quantity Surveyor position will involve commercial management of refurbishment projects within the education, public and residential markets including managing all procurement, valuation, contractual and commercial issues and formulating strategies for control of the projects and enhancement of final margins.
Managing production of internal management reports including cost value reconciliations, profit plans and cash flow projections at regular intervals.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
Ensuring effective management of main contract and subcontract accounts through to final account including ensuring proper procedures are in place for preparing interim valuations, identifying and valuing variations and dealing with contractual matters,.
Offered with an impressive basic salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience with a personal commission structure starting at 5% with increasing percentage thresholds rising to 7.5% and then 10% dependent on bankings with realistic on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000.
