Manage customer queries, concerns, and customer expectations in accordance with the company's guidelines and client service level agreements.
Duties
The role will be to provide phone and email support for customer queries for live campaigns, following the guidelines issued to ensure all queries are dealt with quickly, professionally, and efficiently.
