Customer Service Representative

The Role

Nigel Wright are supporting a fast moving and growing business, located just outside of Newcastle upon Tyne, with their search for a Customer Service Representative.

Duties:

The role will be to provide phone and email support for customer queries for live campaigns, following the guidelines issued to ensure all queries are dealt with quickly, professionally, and efficiently.

  • Manage customer queries, concerns, and customer expectations in accordance with the company's guidelines and client service level agreements.
  • Responsible for managing effective communication and coordination between team members.

Skills and Attributes

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Customer resolution experience
  • Ability to advise customers on platform usage – training provided
  • Good command of verbal and written English (languages a plus bit not essential)
  • Good time management skills
  • Highly organised and good at multitasking with the ability to prioritise workload and requirements
  • Day-to-day use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Teams and Excel
  • Basic understanding of how to use a website and Mobile App, how to use browsers, tabs, and security password vaults
