Five Education is looking for support workers to work in schools from September in Bath to support students who have a range of special needs including Down syndrome, autism, ADHD, social-emotional mental health (SEMH), learning difficulties and more.
We work with mainstream and special schools with students that are from nursery up to secondary age.
As a highly rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting a student's learning journey, working on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
We are currently working with a well known private healthcare provider based just south of Bath who are looking for an interim Finance Director to join them for a period of 6 months, experience of working within private healthcare or NHS would be an advantage for this role - the position offers hybrid working and will initially be offered on a 6 month contract.
Due to location the role requires the candidate to live within close proximity and ideally be able to drive to the site.
Key responsibilities

Job description
Duties will be across a variety of wards, and will vary from checking prescriptions for errors, ensuring they're appropriate and safe for the individual patient, provide advice on the dosage of medicines and the most appropriate form of medication, participate in ward rounds to take patient drug histories, liaise with other medical staff on problems patients may experience when taking their medicines, discuss treatments with patients' relatives, community pharmacists and GPs.
