An opening has arisen for their first ever apprentice! The role is varied and will include working across a range of services, helping to support the running of a busy professional office and providing some tailored support to their residential conveyancing team. What you will be doing?

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, advise where possible, take notes and transfer calls
  • Maintain and store client cases on LawWare. You will become an expert in this system throughout your apprenticeship
  • Manage Sharepoint and store internal documents
  • Collaborate with the Residential Property case handlers to provide a well-rounded support service for clients
  • Set up and join meetings via MS Teams and manage diary via MS Outlook
  • Handle paper filing as well as e-filing via LawWare
  • Collect, scan and distribute mail

Salary:

  • £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
