We are supporting a company based near Maldon in Essex with recruiting for a Part-time HSQE Manager. The FTE salary is up to £46,000 (this will be pro-rata to 24 hours per week). You will be required to work 3 days between Monday - Friday, these days will be discussed further. Duties will include:
- Managing HSQE procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards
- Oversee quality and environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001)
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Stay up to date on changes and best practices
- Assist in on-boarding new team members
To be successful for this opportunity you must be motivated to promote a positive HSQE culture throughout the organisation. You must have experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of legislation. Ideally you will have experience of conducting internal and external audits, although this is desirable.
Salary: £40,500 - £46,091 pro rata (based on a 40-hour week and experience)
